A Registered Nurse and licensed Professional Teacher, Nurse Erwin brings experience from hospital care, construction environments, and public education.

At GSI, he provides on-site primary medical care, emergency response support, and day-to-day health supervision for project personnel. Working in construction environments requires readiness, sound clinical judgment, and close coordination with site safety teams. Transitioning from hospital-based practice into this setting is a milestone he takes pride in, reflecting the confidence and professional maturity he brings to supporting worker health across active project sites.

His role goes beyond treating injuries. By monitoring worker health, promoting safe practices, and building trust with site teams, he helps strengthen a culture where safety and well-being are part of everyday operations and supports compliance with occupational health standards.

Outside of work, Nurse Erwin stays active through swim-bike-run training and recently earned a championship finish in his category, an achievement that speaks to the discipline he brings to his profession.
