Toolbox talks also include reminders about housekeeping, keeping the work area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards that could lead to accidents. The team begins the day with stretching and light calisthenics to help reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries and prepare for the physical demands of the work ahead.

Health is part of safety, too. Team members who require regular medication or health monitoring, including those managing conditions such as hypertension, are reminded to follow their prescribed medical requirements and report any concerns when needed.
