Now on her fifth year with Ground Specialists, Inc., Ms. Christine manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration, all while ensuring the company remains compliant with labor regulations. She has built her HR expertise through years of hands-on experience, continuous training, and dedication to people development.

As HR regulations and company needs evolve, she remains committed to continuous learning and improvement. Her role demands empathy, active listening, and clear communication, along with a deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. These qualities allow her to balance compliance with genuine care for GSI’s people.

Among her proudest milestones are leading employee engagement initiatives, streamlining HR processes for better efficiency, and enhancing the company’s salary structure. For Ms. Christine, HR is more than paperwork; it’s about people. “The camaraderie and teamwork make every challenge worthwhile,” she says.

Outside the office, she finds joy in motorcycling, a hobby that reflects her sense of balance, focus, and drive. Her favorite quote sums up her outlook perfectly: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success.”
