At Ground Specialists Inc., we believe that building strong foundations goes beyond engineering — it means uplifting communities and fostering hope. This commitment was at the heart of our outreach program on March 12, 2025, in Barangay Diaz, Porac, Pampanga, where we spent the day with an Aeta Community Village.

The Aeta community was resettled in this area after the 1991 Mt. Pinatubo eruption and the 2019 earthquake. Understanding their ongoing challenges, we extended our support by distributing food packs to 167 families and hosting a feeding program for the attendees, who enjoyed fresh ensaymada and juice.  

But more than providing aid, we took the time to listen and connect. We engaged with local child development workers and social workers, gaining valuable insight into the needs of the community, especially its children. The day was made even more special when parents from the barangay performed a cultural dance, sharing a piece of their heritage with us.  

At GSI, “Grounding Hope, Growing Together” is more than just a slogan. It’s a commitment: to not only build infrastructure but strengthen the communities we serve.
